Dr. Mote has more than 40 years of experience in design and construction. He worked as design manager for Kiewit Engineering for 18 years.
Dr. Mote obtained his Bachelor's degree from Poona University in India in 1957, He attended the Technical University in Stuttgart, Germany and specialized in pre and post tensioned concrete structures in general and bridges in particular. He obtained his Master's and Ph. D. degrees from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
